Order Processing time

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 24 hours business days. Excluding weekends, holidays, and FedEx off days. You will receive another notification with the tracking information when your order has shipped. If you don’t get the order tracking information, please contact us at [email protected].

 

Our order cutoff time is 2:00 PM (time zone). The order placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

The order placed before 2:00 pm Friday will be shipped Friday and the order placed after Friday 2:00 pm will be shipped next Monday.
