The filter does not work. We cannot get water out. We put the old filter back in and water comes out. We have been replacing water filters for over 10 years and currently nothing works but the old filter.

They didn’t work when I put either into my fridge. I have done this many times and so I know it’s the correct filter but it completely stopped the flow of water in my fridge and I held water for a long period of time. Tries to contact someone but only got AI chat which lasted a while. Decided to take the L on these and bought another elsewhere and it works fine.
