Easy to install/remove. Very good water quality.
The filter leaked upon placement and continued to leak after leaving it overnight to perhaps correct itself. I don't believe it was actually a Kenmore filter, but a knock-off of some other brand put into a Kenmore box. The actual filter didn't even list the Kenmore name as indicated on the order picture. I believe I was taken advantage of false claims and misrepresentation and want a refund. I will not trust your company to be reliable on a future order of any kind. Hazel MacKendrick Order #20675
