I purchased a Kenmore filter to replace my fridge water filter, like I have done for the last 9 years, and woke up to a refrigerator that was flooded because of a faulty product you sent me. I reached out to your customer service team and was told you are not responsible for damage after the product has been installed. I just wanted a replacement because clearly there was something wrong with the product you sold and sent me. Useless and shitty customer service. Now I will post negative comments on any site that you are apart of. You could have accepted responsibility but as I start to read other customer complaints, it’s clear that you are just a shitty company. So now I will let everyone and every site know exactly How shitty you and your customer service are. Good job!! Keep up the great work. Losers!
