I’m so happy to have found your website. These cartridges aren’t the easiest to find and when I do, they’re expensive. I appreciate the reasonable cost and fast shipping. I will be ordering from here from now on. Thank you!

This is not an an original product , it does not fit and i am requesting to return and till now did not get the response , no customer support number to call
We ordered exactly according to their recommendations per the model # of refrigerator. It won’t fit! We put the old one back no problem and tried again. It still wouldn’t stay in. I tried chatting on their website. NO ONE ANSWERED. I emailed asking if there was something I wasn’t doing right. NO ONE ANSWERED. I waited a week. I tried chatting AND emailed again. NO ONE ANSWERED. I need to figure out how to return this so I can go elsewhere where they actually have customer service.
