Actually send me the filter. It must have been addressed incorrectly- it was delivered to an address in Staten Island New York and I live in Missouri!

The product arrived in the described time, about a week or so. It is not an urgency so the time is fine. Also, the filter was wrapped like it was from the factory. Not sued. I worry about other sites that the filter arrives without the factory wrapping. The pricing is much less than ordering directly from Sub Zero or Amazon.
Happy that it arrived on time and is now installed so that my refrigerator is working properly.

The box it came in, arrived fairly beat up, but the filter appears unbroken. The filter box is designed for retail display and not shipping. The product was shipped in an unpadded shipping bag. Please consider upgrading the shipping bags to padded ones or shipping inside a corrugated cardboard box.

Good source for Subzero water and air filter parts. In AZ water filter helps avoid "tasty" ice cubes and air filter, since it is built in, seems like the right thing to do instead of a box of baking soda. Prices are good and better if you purchase multiple water/air pairs at the same time. Fast delivery using UPS.
